Different perspectives on mental health

Why is it important to look after mental health, particularly at work? What role can moments of rest, sharing and conviviality play?

In this video, Clémentine Venck, Managing Director of Cocottes & Co, and Léa Piot, Human Resources Manager, share their views on mental well-being, the importance of feeling supported at work, and the meaning of their commitment alongside the Ligue Santé Mentale

Cocottes looks after you

A selection that does good

For yourself. For others.

To support this collaboration, Cocottes is offering a selection of savoury and sweet recipes that encourage people to take a real break, treat themselves and look after their well-being.

Colourful, varied and comforting dishes, plant-based recipes, flavours from around the world, and sweet breaks made with fruits, cereals, seeds and nuts: everyone can choose what makes them feel good, according to their wishes and the time of day.

Because well-being is also nourished by simple moments: slowing down, savouring, sharing a meal, connecting with others or simply taking some time for yourself.

Eating well does not solve everything, and there is no single recipe for taking care of mental health. However, paying attention to your needs, your pace and the little moments that make you feel good can contribute to better balance in everyday life.

Wear the green ribbon

The green ribbon is the international symbol of mental health.

During the Mental Health Weeks, everyone is invited to wear it to show support for mental health and solidarity with people affected by mental health conditions.

Green ribbons will be available free of charge in Cocottes stores throughout the campaign, while stocks last.

Take one, wear it and spread the message around you: talking about mental health already helps lighten the load.
