ONLINE: Alcool, vapes & Co – Comprendre les risques, soutenir les parents, renforcer les jeunes

Alcohol, vapes, cannabis: young people are exposed to many substances. Parents often wonder how to react and how to tell occasional use apart from problematic use. Being well informed and up to date helps them act with confidence.

After a brief introduction to the IMPULS service, we will look at the substances most commonly used by young people, their effects and current trends. We will then explore how addiction develops, along with the main risk and protective factors, particularly those linked to adolescence and to the key role parents play in prevention.

Finally, we will focus on communication: how to talk about these topics with your child, adopt the right attitude and build an open, constructive dialogue.
