Lunch book club on Neurodiversity – ADHD 2.0 by Dr. E. Hallowell & J. Ratey

Join us for an open and engaging discussion of ADHD 2.0: New Science and Essential Strategies for Thriving with Distraction
Venue: National Library of Luxembourg (BnL)

Both authors are leading experts in ADHD and have spent decades working with people with ADHD.
During our discussion, we’ll explore:
Was the book worth our reading time?
What did we learn?
Which ideas resonated with us?
No diagnosis is required to participate. Whether you have ADHD, suspect you might be neurodivergent, know someone who does, or are simply curious about ADHD, you are welcome.
We ask everyone to come with curiosity, respect and an open mind. This is a discussion space, not a medical or diagnostic session.
