Join us for an open and honest discussion of Now It All Makes Sense: How an ADHD Diagnosis Brought Clarity to My Life by Alex Partridge.
Alex Partridge is a neurodiversity advocate, author and host of the award-winning ADHD Chatter podcast.
During our discussion, we’ll explore:
Was the book worth our reading time?
What did we learn or recognise in ourselves?
Which ideas resonated with us — and which didn’t?
What do we agree or disagree with?
No diagnosis is required to participate. Whether you have ADHD, know someone who does, or are simply curious about neurodiversity, you are welcome.
We ask everyone to come with curiosity, respect and an open mind. This is a discussion space, not a medical or diagnostic session.
The green
ribbon initiative
The green ribbon is the symbol of World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on 10 October. During the mental health weeks, everyone is warmly invited to wear the green ribbon to show their support for mental health and solidarity with people affected by mental disorders.
