Mol mat mir! Paint with me!
Painting together – free, creative and connecting
This 2-hour painting activity is for parents with children aged 2 to 12.
The focus is on non-judgmental painting play – without evaluation or pressure to perform.
We paint freely, sometimes to music, experiment with different materials, and practice various painting games.
There’s no room for the often-heard phrase, « I can’t paint, » but rather plenty of space for creative expression.
Parents will receive new ideas on how to foster creativity without judgment or comparison.

The green
ribbon initiative
The green ribbon is the symbol of World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on 10 October. During the mental health weeks, everyone is warmly invited to wear the green ribbon to show their support for mental health and solidarity with people affected by mental disorders.
