Neurodiversité et santé mentale

This online conference offers accessible, non-judgmental guidance to help participants better understand neurodiversity and the possible steps to take when questioning how their mind works. ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other DYS profiles, giftedness, and high sensitivity: some people experience feeling different, exhaustion from constant adaptation, or invisible everyday challenges.

We will explore the links with overload, stress, and mental health, as well as the differences between seeking information, assessment, guidance, support, and an official diagnosis. The conference will also present resources available in Luxembourg and practical ways to move forward after an assessment. Open to everyone, with no prerequisites, it does not provide diagnoses.
