ZEN am Bësch PARENTS & KIDS – Mindfulness in the forest for parents with their kids (8-12 years)
We meet together in the forest and experience the concept of forest bathing/ Shinrin Yoku. Each meeting includes different activities such as sensory experiences, breathing exercises, movement units, creativity and quiet moments.
We will do a tour in the Bambësch Forest for more or less 1,5 h.
Meeting Point: Parking Fitness Parcours
This course is dedicated exclusively to parents with their children aged 8 to 12.

ribbon initiative
The green ribbon is the symbol of World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on 10 October. During the mental health weeks, everyone is warmly invited to wear the green ribbon to show their support for mental health and solidarity with people affected by mental disorders.
