Stress shows up first in the body – in our breathing, posture, and nervous system. In this short, practical presentation, participants will gain a clear understanding of how stress is generated in the body and how simple, body-oriented steps can lead to greater calm and stability. Short exercises will encourage participants to experience their own body as a resource for self-regulation and to better manage stress in daily life. The presentation is based on hypnosystemic and body-oriented approaches.
Participation is limited to a maximum of 8 people.
The green
ribbon initiative
The green ribbon is the symbol of World Mental Health Day, celebrated every year on 10 October. During the mental health weeks, everyone is warmly invited to wear the green ribbon to show their support for mental health and solidarity with people affected by mental disorders.
